Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mobile 2000 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all included cables, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or visit one of our physical retail stores.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
